What to Expect
What to expect during a treatment?
In a one to one healing session, you may either lye down or sit up, whatever is comfortable for you. I will place my hands on your shoulders and will channel Angelic healing energy through my hands to connect with your energy system at a soul level. During the session I will move my hands to where I am drawn to and also hold them just above your body as you listen to the beautiful Angelic Reiki music.
What does it feel like?
An incredibly relaxing experience, feeling a deep sense of peace. You may feel heat coming from my hands.
How long does it last?
Please allow 60 minutes for the session, the actual treatment can last around 25-45 minutes. There will be time before and after to discuss the issues.
Aftercare
After receiving a treatment you may feel extremely tired for the following 1-3 days. This is completely normal as the body releases toxins and blocked energy. Deep emotions that have been repressed may also come to the surface to be addressed.
Drink lots of water and listen to your body. It is important to get lots of rest and sleep when you need it. This is a positive sign that your body is healing.
Angel Card Reading
At the end of the session I offer a complimentary 3 card Angel Reading if you wish, which gives you divine guidance into areas of your life, past, present and future.
Healing Reactions
A healing reaction is a temporary worsening of symptoms- including emotional states that can occur as the body and mind release toxins, stress or trapped emotions that your body has been carrying. This release can cause the following symptoms:
Fatigue
Headache
Nausea
Aches
Skin Rashes
Strong Emotions
These should clear within 24-72 hours. It is so important to drink lots during this period and rest.
